  1. Love the quick delivery of products, two to three days is awesome! I also love the fact that if a product is faulty from the factory that you guys will send the replacement parts free of charge. I have been doing this for about six months and now have 20 machines and plan to have at least 500 before I go full time. I have been giving 30% of my sales to the restaurants for my gumball machines in their location. Is this customary? Anyone having any suggestions please reply. Thanks.

    • Hi Mike. Thank you for your comment and congratulations on your growing vending business! Sounds like you have found a formula that is working for you and we wish you the best of luck as your business continues to thrive. 30 percent of sales to your vending location is within the range (anywhere from 15 – 40%) of what we have heard from other Gumballs.com customers, so you are definitely on the right track. Good luck and keep us posted on your vending business!

    • We had a red one in the Family Room growing up — which may or may not have been the best thing with 8 kids. You used to be able to get sugar free gumballs, but they were like chewing rocks! One of my first purchases after moving out and getting married: a red gumball machine of my/our own. The King of yours is a real keeper!

  2. These gumballs are the best in the world! The flavors are outstanding and long lasting, the gumballs are always fresh, delivery is quick and packaged extremely well. The employees are patient, kind, professional and helpful. I am a loyal customer. Don’t purchase gumballs from anyone else because you will not receive the quality of product nor the excellent customer service. Deborah D. Brown

  3. I am trying to decide which gumball machine with stand to purchase, I would like to put peanut m&ms in it and I would like for it be classic (with round glass globe) and cast iron and of course easy to use.

    • Thank you for your question. The last piece of information that would be helpful is what type of location are you looking to use this machine in. If you are looking for a machine for commercial use then you will be well served by a machine like the Pro All Metal Bubble Gum and Candy Machine which is made of metal with a shatter-resistant polycarbonate globe (glass globes are considered a liability in a commercial setting). If you are looking for a machine to use at home, then the Columbia Carousel or King Carousel Gumball machine which also has a metal base and a glass globe. I should mention though that those machines take any coin (penny through a quarter) and do not have a commercial grade coin mechanism.

  4. Thanks for your quick response. Yes, this is for the teen mancave, so I think one of the two latter suggestions would be great. What are the pros and cons or differences between the Columbia and King? It was hard to tell by looking at the general descriptions. I would like to get it for valentine’s day for the kids. Does one have a better warranty or mechanism? Or is one easier to clean? Thanks again.

    • The Columbia and King Carousel Machines are really quite similar. The shape is different, but the biggest difference is that the King has a traditional, turn the crank, coin mechanism and the Columbia has a sliding coin mechanism. They are both made by the same manufacturer and it really just comes down to preference, but we do sell more of the King Carousel Gumball Machine than we do the Columbia.
