Which gumball size should I choose?
Most 25-cent gumball machines use the 850 ct. one-inch sized gum ball. All of the 25-cent gumball machines that we offer on our website dispense this size. These machines include the following:
5 ft and 4 ft spiral gumball machines
Mini spiral gumball machine (also dispenses smaller gumballs)
36” and 7 ft. Gas Pump Gumball Machine
Classic Bubble Gum Machine (also dispenses smaller gumballs)
Double Head Machine (also dispenses smaller gumballs)
Quad Machine (also dispenses smaller gumballs)
Proline Machines (also dispense smaller gumballs)
Single Head Machines (also dispense smaller gumballs)
Sportsblaster and Sports Ball machines
Most novelty, antique, and toy gumball machines dispense smaller sized gumballs. The novelty machines that we offer on our site dispense the .62” sized gumballs which are available in a 4-lb refill box as well as a 23-lb case. These machines include the Carousel machines, the Old Columbia machine, and the Jukebox machine. Our toy gas pump machines dispense .50” sized gumballs.
If you are not sure which particular gum ball size you need for your machine, we suggest looking inside the machine’s globe where the dispensing wheel sits. There you can see how big of an opening the dispensing wheel has which allows the gumball to fall through. If you have to guess at the size, it is better to order a smaller sized gumball rather than a larger size.
Our two-inch gumballs, which can be found toward the bottom of our large gumballs page, are dispensed through any of our 50-cent 2” capsule machines or our 2" bouncy ball machines.
