There are NO REFUNDS on replacements parts. Please make sure this is the exact same machine you purchased from us before ordering parts. Just because your machine looks similar doesn't mean its the same, and if you didn't purchase it from us we can't say if its the same, and our parts may not work. We offer no consultation on parts for machines not on our site.
If purchasing a lock/key, please indicate your key code in the comments box when ordering. Each machine can have a range of keys that work, and you need to tell us which key code you want, otherwise the key we send may not work.
Shipping is $12 inside the continental US for all parts.
