iVend™ Vend Sensing Technology
iVend™ is an infrared light sensing unit consisting of a light emitter and receiver mounted on each side of the delivery box. During the first vend cycle, if a product is not sensed by a beam of the iVend™ system, the system waits one second then initiates a second vend cycle and rotates the helix until the product is sensed as dropped. If a product is still not sensed as dropped by the iVend™ system after a full rotation to the home position, the selection will be considered empty or sold out. The customer's credit will be restored and will allow another selection to be made. The selection is then automatically reinstated for future vends.

Our Recommendation: The Series 12000 is one of our best vending machines, a continuation of the popular HR series. They are slightly more expensive than other comparably-sized machines, but offer iVend technology, adjustable trays for various configurations (with optional tray parts for in-field configuration changes), and are deeper with a larger snack capacity. Also consider our Chill Center 5Wide which is about the same size, but offers 60 items and a larger capacity all in a single temperature chill zone that also accomodates sodas and drinks. The chill center is also in tip-top condition, not part of our blemish program (see below).
Condition: Please note this machine is being offered at an incredibly low price as part of our "blemish" program. This machine is brand new with full 1-year factory warranty, but it has minor cosmetic blemishes. We do not consider these blemishes as damage, as they consist of minor scratches or dimples in the surface of the machine. In most cases this will be found on the side or back, resulting from being moved in our warehouse. As a result, we are able to offer this machine at a great price so you can maximize your profitability!
International: This machine can be programmed to accept Canadian dollars or Mexican Pesos (call us for the extra charge to do this). This machine cannot be programmed to accept any other foreign currency.
