December 16th @ 12:00pm MST: Last day to order with guaranteed UPS Ground shipping (standard for most products) inside the contiguous 48 US states.
Please type "Must have by Christmas" in the comments box when you place your order.
For orders after this date, if UPS Ground cannot deliver before Christmas, we will put your order on hold while we notify you of expedited shipping charges required. You can then decide if you want to pay the additonal charges or cancel your order for a full refund.

Gift Messages: If you would like us to include a gift message from you to the recipient, please include that in the "Gift Message" box during checkout.
Return policy: Our 30-day money back guarantee has been extended to January 31st for all orders placed after November 15th.
Tracking:We will email you tracking information for your order once it has shipped which you can use to look up the exact delivery date for your package.
Invoices: We do not include invoices with any of our shipments. We do include packing slips with all orders (but no pricing information).
Packaging: All of our Carousel-brand products are shipped in plain boxes, but UPS labels do say Gumballs.com. Non-Carousel items may have product pictures on the outside of the box, so please plan accordingly.

Please note: We guarantee UPS Ground orders placed by the dates above will ship and be delivered by Dec 24th in accordance with UPS and Fedex holiday shipping schedules. This guarantee does not cover unpredictable circumstances beyond our control after we ship your product from our warehouse. Shipping delays, while rare, may occur due to extreme weather delays, UPS/Fedex routing problems, or damage during transit. We also cannot guarantee shipping delays due to incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses supplied to us, or if you are unavailable for delivery. It is at the UPS driver's discretion whether or not to leave a package at the doorstep if no one is home.
