For parts that may be eligible for consideration under warranty, the customer pays for the part, shipping for the new part and return shipping on the old part. Upon inspection at Cretors, the old part is inspected and determined if it is covered by warranty.   Under that scenario, the price of parts covered by warranty are then refunded.
