When I received the original order, the gumballs were not hot. They were barely cinnamon. I emailed the company to inform them that they may have had a bad lot. To my surprise, they sent me a replacement box. The replacement product was very good. Everyone that I dealt with to rectify the situation was very helpful and friendly. (Posted on 1/31/13)Rating
