Does Gumballs.com Offer Free Shipping?
Unfortunately no, but we also don't raise our product prices to cover free shipping like other websites. Either way, it's the total cost of products plus shipping that you need to compare, and we pride ourselves on our low price guarantee. We ship via UPS or FedEx ground to ensure the lowest cost, then we charge our customers BELOW what UPS and FedEx charge us, so we're actually losing money on your shipping charges, passing the savings on to you (you're welcome!).
When Will I Receive My Order?
Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and then delivered to you in 3-5 business days of transit time (depending on how far you are from the warehouse). Some items including large freight-delivered items may take longer but those products list the shipping lead time on the individual product pages. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your items are shipped!
Where Do You Ship From?
We have 8 warehouses located across the US for fast, inexpensive shipping. Where we ship from depends on where you're located and what you order.
How are Shipping Charges Calculated?
We ship via UPS or FedEx ground to ensure the lowest cost, then we charge our customers BELOW what UPS and FedEx charge us, so we're actually losing money on your shipping charges, passing the savings on to you (you're welcome!). Any UPS/FedEx fees for customer changes to shipping address after order is placed will be charged to the customer.
Do You Offer Expedited (eg, 2nd Day Air) Shipping?
We offer expedited shipping on most items, but heavy items will be expensive for you to ship. Please call us for expedited shipping options at 1-800-307-7900.
Do You Ship to Hawaii & Alaska?
Yes we do! There may be some additional shipping fees involved, in which case we will contact you prior to processing your shipment.

What If Nobody is Home When My Order is Delivered?
Gumballs.com orders do not require a signature, so it's up to the UPS or FedEx driver's discretion to leave your package at your door.
What If My Shipment is Lost or Damaged?
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, the first thing to do is check your front porch and surrounding area. Sometimes they will tuck the package away so that it is not directly visible from the street. If you confirm that tracking shows your package was delivered, but you didn't receive it, please contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping company. This process usually takes 2-5 business days and most of the time it is the result of a simple driver error like leaving the package with your neighbors and can be quickly resolved. If the shipping company completes their investigation and determines that the package has been lost or damaged, they will report that back to us and we will ship your replacement product at that time. In the case that your tracking number shows that the package was damaged in transit we will ship out the replacement product before the conclusion of the shipping company investigation.
