Classic Style Gumball Machine Lock and Key Set
This classic lock and key set is used in a variety of gumball machines and comes with one of many different key-code combinations to ensure your earnings (and products) stay secure..
When it comes to identifying the type of lock and key that your machine uses, it is best to look at the size and shape of the lock and how it engages with your gumball machine. These classic locks have a flat face and engage the lid of the machine on 4 sides. The locks also have 4 pins visible from above that ensure that the correct key is being used to open the machine. Finally, the lock screws onto the center rod of the machine to close the machine.
Once you have identified the type of lock that your machine needs, you need to identify the key code. The key code is a combination of the number(s)/letter(s) stamped into the metal of the key and the color of the plastic key cap that came with your key. All three pieces of data are important as there are two key codes with the number 001 stamped on them as well as two keys that have a red plastic key cap, only the combination of these two pieces of information will result in the correct key code.
This set includes one (1) lock and one (1) key.
This lock and key set is only available as a set. If you have an existing gumball or candy machine and do not know your key code, you will need to drill out your existing lock and replace it with the new one (detailed instructions for drilling out a lock can be found on our blog).
There are NO REFUNDS on replacements parts.

This lock and key set usually ships via the United States Post Office between 2-5 business days from the date of order processing to the warehouse. If there are several sets in the order, then they ship FedEx ground.
If you do NOT require a specific match to a key code color - letter - number, we can fulfill your order MUCH sooner with a Y1 or Y2 lock/key set.

Lock and key fit good I ordered a second one because of that however I feel that the shipping was a little outrageous if they're going to charge somebody for a product they should include it up front pricing not packing onto a overpriced shipping envelopes at Walmart $2 for pack of 5 and less than $3 for shipping via postal yet it cost me $12-13 for shipping. Happy with the product not with the cost of the shipping. The company did give me an adjustment for the shipping.
