Any international shipments must be arranged through a 3rd party parcel forwarding service, however shipments to freight forwarders may require a signed Credit Card Authorization or alternative method of payment including wire transfer. Gumballs.com does not recommend nor engage directly with freight forwarding services. They typically involve setting up an account, getting a U.S. forwarding address from them to use as your ship-to address from Gumballs.com (please always use your credit card billing address as your billing address). Once you place an order, and we receive payment, we ship to the freight forwarder's U.S. address, then you arrange the final destination forwarding shipment. Gumballs.com does not pay any fees related to these services, will not send any form of payment to them, nor is Gumballs.com responsible for anything after the order is delivered to them. Specifically, gumballs & candy are manufactured and labelled for US consumption. For consumption in other countries outside the United States, your country may require documentation that we do not have available.
