Some countries may require documentation that Gumballs.com DOES NOT HAVE, and cannot and WILL NOT provide for imported food products to a non-USA country.

Please fully verify your country's import requirements before ordering. If your shipment cannot be imported because you did not determine applicable import restrictions, duties, taxes, or other requirements in advance of ordering, you remain responsible for all shipping charges and a large restocking fee determined on a case-by-case basis at gumballs.com's sole discretion.

International customers must arrange their own third-party parcel forwarding service. Gumballs.com does not recommend, select, or work directly with freight forwarding companies.

Your order is considered complete once it is delivered to your U.S. forwarding address. Gumballs.com is not responsible for your shipment after delivery to the freight forwarder and is not responsible for any fees, charges, or services associated with forwarding your order internationally.

International shipments may require additional payment verification. Orders shipping to freight forwarders may require a signed Credit Card Authorization Form or other additional verification.

When placing your order, use your freight forwarder's U.S. address as the shipping address and your credit card billing address as the billing address. After we receive payment, we ship your order to the forwarding address. You are responsible for arranging shipment from the forwarder to the final international destination.
