  A plus in Customer Service

  I received my candy but during shipping, it was terribly damaged. I was very disappointed and thought it would be a major hassle to get a replacement. I was so wrong. Gumballs has the best customer service I've seen in years. Not only did they replace the candy, the representative followed the reorder to make sure I received candy on time in excellent condition. They honestly care about their customers and do whatever it takes to make things right. The pics I sent showed how the bags were opened, how pounds of candy had melted into the box leaving an oily, gummy mess. I had to throw away everything because it was unsafe to sell. I was so disappointed I lost faith in ever getting what I paid for redeemed. But now I know Gumballs can be trusted. This company stands by their product. Most important, they do things to protect the customer. if this ever happens to you, save the damaged product so the shipping company can pick it up and take back the damaged cases. They need to see the damage themselves. I will order from Gumballs again. Candy is fresh, of good quality. They have the best customer service in the nation. If everyone treated customers like Gumballs treated me, the world would be a much happier place.
