Simply AWESOME customer service. Based on my interactions with Susan, this is a business I feel good about supporting. Oh, and I am also very pleased with the gumball machine. The only thing I did not care for, the sugarless gumballs. To be fair, Susan told me they have a different texture that some customers do not like. We don't, but it is no problem - we fill our machine with Runts candies - they work geat!

Awesome product
I really enjoy this product, got it for my bday from a friend. It said on the box it included gumballs and i'm not a big fan of gum so we put Cadbury Chocolate eggs in and soon we will put in jelly beans or chocolate covered raisins. Works great as a candy dispenser.
