Tractor Time Sensor Adjustment

You will need a 7/16 wrench or pliers and a Phillips head screwdriver to access the board, and a small blade screwdriver to make adjustments.

  1. Open left hand front door and locate and remove 2 carriage bolts from door post to allow right-hand door to open.
  2. Locate flat plastic cover mounted on the inside of the right hand door. There are 2 Phillips head screws holding it in place. One screw is located inside the prize chute and the other is located outside the prize chute. Remove both screws and slide plastic cover out. This exposes the sensor board.
  3. There are 8 red lights on the sensor board, note how many are lit.
  4. If 2 or fewer red lights are lit, do the following:
    • Locate the power strip in the bottom of the cabinet that has two 12 volt power supplies plugged into it. The power supply closest to you should be a variable power supply with a selector switch on the side away from you. If you need to, you may unplug the power supply to see the selector.
    • Slide the selector up one setting. (If the selector is set at 6v, move it to 7.5, etc.), and plug back into power strip.
    • Go to step 6.
  5. If 3 or more red lights are lit, go to step 6.
  6. Locate 2 ea small orange potentiometers on side of board closest to the door hinge, use the small blade screwdriver and turn both counter-clockwise until they stop. Note: There is less than onefull turn of travel in each potentiometer. DO NOT FORCE.
  7. Locate the potentiometer closest to the edge of the board and turn clockwise 1/3 turn.
  8. Locate the potentiometer furthest from the edge of the board and begin turning it slowly. Youshould see more lights begin to come on. Continue turning slowly until the 8th light comes on and then stop.
  9. The sensor should now be adjusted. If the last light did not come on, you may need to move theselector switch on the variable power supply up another setting, turn both potentiometers off(counter-clockwise until stop) and go to step 6.
