As of September, 2023: Some U.S. states are in the process of prohibiting the use of Red Dye #3 and Titanium Dioxide in consumer products. While these ingredients are generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Dubble Bubble will be removing these ingredients from any items that contain them.
