Assorted Jawbreakers(30lb)
Each jawbreaker builds up starting with a single grain of sugar in a revolving pan. Additional sugar is added little by little over the course of two weeks, along with various color and other candy ingredients until the Jawbreaker is 3/4" in diameter. This process, which is called the hot panned process, is what gives the jawbreakers their many layers!! Ferrara Assorted Jawbreakers are individually wrapped for aesthetic and sanitation reasons.
