The Metropolitan Popcorn Machine comes in two different sizes to meet your production demands and features a stainless steel food zone and 20 mil anodized popping kettle for easy cleaning. It has a heated warming deck to keep popcorn ready to serve, old-maid drawers to catch un-popped kernels, and tempered glass for durability. The Metropolitan Popcorn Machine also includes a 3 year manufacturer warranty and is available in both 120v and 240v options.

Anodized Aluminum Popping Kettle
Anodized aluminum provides the best heat transfer of any cooking surface for fast popping times. We use 20mm thick anodizing to make sure that the kettle is durable enough to handle heavy use. Anodized aluminum also provides an easy to clean surface to make maintaining your popcorn machine easier. The kettle jacket is made out of stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability.

Heated Warming Deck
The Metropolitan Popcorn Machine features a heating element in the base of the popcorn machine to keep the popcorn warm. This is a better solution than a heating lamp because the heat warms all of the popcorn as it rises and makes sure that your popcorn stays fresh and ready to serve.

Un-Popped Kernel Drawer
Nobody likes biting into an un-popped kernel of popcorn or old maid. The Metropolitan has perforations in the bottom stainless steel tray to allow the un-popped kernels to fall down into the un-popped kernel drawer. All you need to do is rake the freshly popped popcorn back and forth a couple of times and the fresh fluffy popcorn will be all that remains for your customers.

Two Switch Operation
The Metropolitan Popcorn Machine is designed to be super easy to operate. The machine has two switches. The first is the master power switch that turns on the interior light and the warming element at the base of the machine. The second button turns on the agitating motor and the cooking element in the kettle. The kettle cannot be operated without the master on switch being in the on position.

Three- Year Warranty: Metropolitan Popcorn Machines each come with a three year warranty on parts. The user friendly design of these machines makes it easy for in field repairs, but these machines are designed for years of trouble free use in the most demanding conditions.
