If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return. Upon arrival of the returned item, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus the original cost of shipment and a 15% restocking fee. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in a never-used and resellable condition. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If you would like to return or exchange your order and you meet the criteria outlined above, please email us at info@gumballs.com. Please include your name, order date, and reason for return. We will then email you with a Return Authorization Number and an address where to send the return to. Returns sent back to us without prior contact will be refused. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less a 10% cancellation fee.
