Gumballs.com charges a flat shipping rate for each individual item in our store, which is noted on the bottom of each product page. To reduce shipping costs to you, we keep various products in 8 warehouses across the US and ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. But if your order contains multiple items we might have to ship them from multiple different warehouses. In an attempt to be as fair as possible, we charge our customers a flat rate per item that is less than the average price that UPS/FedEx charges us. If you're ordering one or two items, usually that means you're saving money on shipping. But if your order contains multiple items, you might save money if we combined the shipping of multiple items from each warehouse.
If you are concerned about shipping charges, here are your options:
1) Trust us! Go ahead and place your order, and type "Please combine shipping" in the comments box during order checkout. You'll be charged the regular flat shipping rate for each item, but when we process your order we'll determine the actual combined shipping and credit your credit card (or PayPal) back for the difference. This is the fastest and easiest way to get a discount on combined shipping.
2) Call us! We'd be happy to calculate actual combined shipping and charge exactly what UPS charges us for your order, then take your order over the phone at 1-800-307-7900.

Does Gumballs.com offer Free Shipping?
Unfortunately no. Given that most of our products are heavy bulk cases or heavy metal machines, our products weigh a lot! UPS and FedEx charge us a lot of money to lug our stuff around the country and deliver it to your doorstep, so if we offered free shipping we'd be out of business and you'd just be looking at a blank computer screen right now! While some online stores offer free shipping, thier prices are higher to cover this cost. We advertise our low flat rate shipping for each individual item on our website, and on average we lose some shipping money on each order we ship. We're doing our best to keep our total prices as low as possible.
