Does Gumballs.com Offer Free Shipping?
Unfortunately no, but we also don't raise our product prices to cover free shipping like other websites. Either way, it's the total cost of products plus shipping that you need to compare, and we pride ourselves on our low price guarantee for total cost. We ship via UPS or FedEx ground to ensure the lowest cost, then we charge our customers BELOW what UPS and FedEx charge us, so we're actually losing money on your shipping charges, passing the savings on to you (you're welcome!). 

Where Are You Located / Where Do You Ship From?
We have 8 warehouses located across the US for fast, inexpensive shipping. Where we ship from depends on where you're located and what you order. 

When Will I Receive My Order?
Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 days, and then delivered to you in 3-6 business days. Some items including large freight-delivered items may take longer but those products list the lead time before shipping on the individual product pages. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your items are shipped!

What If Nobody is Home When My Order is Delivered?
Gumballs.com orders do not require a signature, so the UPS or FedEx driver can leave your package at your door at the driver's discretion. Once your order leaves Gumballs.com, it's up to the drivers!

How are Shipping Charges Calculated?
We ship via UPS or FedEx ground to ensure the lowest cost, then we charge our customers BELOW what UPS and FedEx charge us, so we're actually losing money on your shipping charges, passing the savings on to you (you're welcome!). 

Do you offer expedited (eg, 2nd Day Air) shipping?
We do offer expedited shipping on most items, but heavy items will be expensive for you to ship. Please call us for expedited shipping options at 1-800-307-7900.

What If UPS or FedEX lose or damage my Package?
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, the first thing to do is check your front porch. It is at the driver's discretion both if and where they leave a package if you are not home. Sometimes they will tuck the package away so that it is not directly visible from the street. Once you have made sure that your package has in fact not been delivered, please contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping company. This process usually takes 2-5 business days and most of the time it is the result of a simple driver error like leaving the package with your neighbors and can be quickly resolved. If the shipping company completes their investigation and determines that the package has been lost or damaged, they will report that back to us and we will ship your replacement product at that time. In the case that your tracking number does show that the package was damaged in transit we will ship out the replacement product before the conclusion of the shipping company investigation.

Return Policy: If you would like to return your order and you meet the criteria above, please contact us within 30 days of purchase (include your name, order number, and reason for the return). We will respond in 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return address. Returns sent back to us without prior contact or RAs will be refused. You are responsible for return shipping costs. When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is re-sellable. Then we'll issue a refund for the purchase price of the items minus the original shipping charges. We can only credit the card/method that was used for the original purchase.

International Shipping Policy: Gumballs.com does not calculate or pay the duties and taxes involved with international shipping. These fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery of your order. Gumballs.com will ship directly to Canada and Mexico. All other international customers are encouraged to use the Bongo International Service outlined below.
